I believe that everybody can change old movement habits and lifestyle patterns that will alleviate most postural complaints, aches and pains. All you need are the right tools and the right frame of mind.
I strongly believe, and have seen that a simple change of mind, a different cue, a different way of looking at things brings big shifts in body and mind. It gives me great pleasure to help people through their health and wellness journey. I am continually inspired by the people I teach.
